Minor Ninja Edits on Feb. 26th.

Also omitted mention of the Perry Mason twist, where in the final phase of the trial we find out $500 hr EPA witness David Savitz sat with a couple of well known fluoridation lobbyists to review a Health Canada report based on a Canadian systematic review in June 2023. That panel advised that the Canadian report be held back until after the trial. This was just weeks after the U.S. NTP Report had been "killed" by HHS and CDC interference in the U.S. Both reports found neurological harm.

I have been given to understand that the deposed fluoridationist who not only did not appear as a Defendant witness but whose study was never mentioned in the course of the trial (because of evidence of scientific fraud and an admitted high level of bias) had never actually been considered a potential witness. However, the Defense had intended to use his study which contradicted the NTP findings, but backed away from that because of the facts revealed by the author in the deposition. In other words, the Defense was hard-pressed to find a reputable witness for their side, and in fact failed with Savitz, the hubris-filled expert whose testimony was full of errors of fact, and Barone, the pompous EPA obviator whose role seemed to be to sow confusion in the court.
